A unique prototype chair designed by Dutch engineer and architect Ing. J.G. Athmer.  This prototype has a molded fiberglass shell, on a spider leg metal frame and has a black fabric upholstery. The chair is part of a full series of chairs Athmer developed. He offered his designs and production process to Wagemans & Van Tuinen (now Artifort). The prototype comes with extensive documentation and correspondence, which is historic material and very educational research material on both the processes and communications at the time.  An unique, historic piece in a mint condition.
