Pretty and graceful French wall sconce, the structure is made of polished brass and wants to represent, in a schematic and artistic way, a small bunch of branches of Typha augustifolia, a unique and surprising aquatic plant that embellishes the ponds of gardens and natural lake spaces, the two-light points are covered by spindle-shaped caps of delicately crafted fine white opaline glass that diffuse a beautiful light evenly, on the back of the brass wires support three black glass panes that depict the typical long inflorescences of the aquatic plant, a sheet of polished brass, slightly wavy, pleasantly joins the various stems of flowers. A simple object, but very special and unique. Handcrafted in France between 1950 and 1953. Attention: the electrical system is of the time with European wiring than to be revised or replaced. Measures: width cm.35, depth cm.7, height cm.50.
