Art Deco French porcelain 28-piece set for 6, from Limoges by Balleroy Frères with dating mark. Rare set not only for the perfect condition but also for the pieces it includes: double pots for tea and/or coffee and hot water, one creamer, one sugar bowl with cover, 6 cups with a double saucer and sandwich plate. Top quality of manufacturing with an interesting geometric octagonal shape and pure gold borders, showing a modern streamlined hand painted decoration with banded gilded accents on handles, a distinctive clean edging with small green leaf trim, a stylized hand painted floral design typical of Art Deco aesthetic, on translucent white. Dimensions of cup: 3.75 in diameter x 2.15 height Diameter of saucer: 5.25 in Diameter of dessert plate: 5.8 in.
