This wonderful 19th Century antique English 2,84 meters tall full-length mirror in dark brown rosewood is ornamentally shaped with architectural details as a Greek temple. This Greek revival style arched floor mirror has all the features commonly associated with Neoclassical period. A beautifully carved tympanum crest adorned in the centre top with floral and leaf designs and rests on a decorative moulding frame. Fluted ionic mahogany carved column characterized with the volutes and egg and dart design on both sides. This stunning architectural mirror is supported by gracefully scrolled and moulding curved legs.
This tall beautiful original mirror of classical proportions is fully reflective. It is sturdy, stately and ready to be used in any home, great for an entry an hall or foyer.
