This rare couple of French 19th Century hand carved multicolored wax sculptures figurines depicts two men dressed in oriental clothes lying on two couches, enjoying themselves one is smoking a hookah. The sculptures rest on oval gold lacquered wooden base. These oriental characters are very well carved in detail and brightly painted. One hand of one man missing. Overall very good condition.
