Antique Swedish Mora Clock Fryksdall Influence White 210cm tall 1800s

£2.950,00

Swedish antique Mora clock in the Fryksdal school finished in white paint with gold edge detailing and curlicues. This unusual Mora clock has interesting crown motif and a great body shape. It stands 210cm tall approx and has a fairly heavy paint distressing on the body - the paint is possibly original. The clock has the usual wood movement found in clocks of this age. We will restore this clock prior to shipping to stablise any loose paint while retaining the distressed antique original feel. We will fit a battery chiming mechanism to the clock for you as the original mechanisms are very unreliable. We can do this without any damage to the clock and you will still receive the original clock mechanism separately 'as is' with the clock to keep in a cupboard. SwedishInteriorDesign.co.uk has been the leading specialist expert in top quality Swedish Mora clocks, Gustavian, Biedermeier and Art deco antiques since 2005 and have built up a worldwide reputation for our pieces with coverage in a huge number of international design and antiques magazines and websites.
