The decoration is symmetrical, so the mirrors can be hung both horizontally and vertically. They were produced in Biedermeier style between 1905 and 1908 by master carpenters in an artisan workshop in Lendinara (Veneto, Rovigo, Italy), where one of the best known and appreciated forms of woodworking in the area was that of woodworking, which over time gave rise to one of the most prestigious furniture manufacturing districts in the Veneto region; the artisans of Lendinara since 1300 were already specialized in the art of marquetry; to the family of "Canozi da Lendinara" is associated the origin of the "Certosina inlay" technique and of other admirable artistic works of wood that still today can be found in the churches of the city.
