The following constitutes the entire agreement in respect to the exhibition of and/or the sale/s of art works/s created by artist and represented by Agent”. • For the period of _____________________________to _____________________________, agent or art dealer shall have the exclusive rights to offer for sale the art works/s owned by the artist and represented by agent. The time frame for the exhibition may be extended upon agreement with an additional contract. • The artist reserves all rights copyright and all reproduction rights of the artwork/s. Agent will not permit any of the art works/s to be copied or reproduced without the written consent/permission from the artist. All of the approved art work/s for reproduction will carry the artist’s copyright notice. • The Artwork will be held in trust for the benefit of the artist and will not be subjected to claim by a creditor of. • The Sold art works/s will be removed from its place of installation and given to the buyer on the day of the purchase along with a receipt from agent and a certificate of authenticity from artist. • This contract will terminate on ___________________________and at the conclusion of the art exhibition, at which time all unsold works shall be returned to Artist. • This contract with Asser Saint-Val and agent / art dealer will terminate automatically upon the death of the artist and return all art works and/or amounts to the artist’s immediate family within 10 days. • In any proceeding to enforce any part of this contract, the aggrieved party shall entitled to reasonable atorneys’ fees in addition to any available remedy.
