Oil painted on canvas in the 1960s by a local painter from Amposta (Ricard Noé), a town in the south of Catalonia in the heart of the Ebro Delta. The theme of the painting revolves around a reddish sunset, from the autumn in the Ebro delta, with a Gothic-style tower dating from the 12th century located in a pre-Roman site, known as "Torre de la Carrova" This painting is made before the tower was restored by Heritage of the Generalitat Catalana .
