When I moved to New York I decided to make a photo book on the city. That sounded a joke from a new immigrant, but after my earlier publication on Budapest, Rome and Sicily I had the confidence to be able to show something new with my approach. My goal was to unite the documentary and architectural photography. I could follow that idea almost at all photographs except this one. After the third year, I was lucky to meet Jim Mairs, a legendary editor at W.W. Norton who went for the publication in the same year in 2000. (http://revesz.net/newyork.html).
