This is a “Tandem Sling” seating unit designed by famous designer duo Charles & Ray Eames, manufactured by Herman Miller in the USA around 1960. Originally designed for waiting room areas, the famous “Airport” tandem seat is a highly recognizable design that will add a fantastic modern style to the decor! Upholstered in black leather with a bright, chrome plated metal frame which contrasts nicely to the upholstery. It includes a white table unit that fits the design perfectly. A versatile piece that will be a unique addition to the interior. It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. There is some additional wear to the chrome plating.
