Antoine Philippon & Jacqueline Lecoq Highboard for Behr, Germany 1960

€1.200,00

SOLD
A stunning ‘Pointe de Diamant’ highboard designed by Antoine Philippon & Jacqueline Lecoq manufactured by Behr in Germany around 1960. This impressive cabinet is a fantastic find that owes it’s appeal to it’s modern design, eye for detail and beautiful use of materials. Made of high quality warm brown cherry wood on a rectangular chrome plated metal base. The diamond shape details in the doors are created by a very subtle depth difference, which is a most elegant and highly effective way to add a decorative touch to the piece. The doors open to reveal plenty of storage capacity in the shape of smaller and bigger storage units and shelves. Labeled inside one of the doors, as shown in the photos.
