TERMS OF SALE: All sales are FINAL. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. NO REFUNDS. QUOTES: All quotes are valid for 30 days PICKUP/DELIVERY: Items must be picked up within 7 days of completion/purchase. Thereafter, the item will be moved to an off-site warehouse where a fee of $35/item/day will be charged to hold merchandise until pickup plus delivery charge to the warehouse. We are not responsible for damage to any item left in our facility past 7 days. No merchandise will be released until all outstanding fees are collected. SHIPPING FOB: NY APPROVAL POLICY: Items going out on approval MUST be secured with a credit card. Items returned on approval must be returned in the same condition as when taken out within 48 HOURS. If damages occur or the 48 hour approval time frame expires, the full list mount of the item will be charged. DISCLAIMER; DUE TO THE HAND MADE NATURE OF OUR FINISHES, THE NUANCES OF COLOR AND TEXTURE, AS WELL AS ANY METAL FINISHES WILL VARY FROM PIECE TO PIECE. All wood furniture has variances in pattern/grain. This is a natural characteristic of all wood species and unique to each individual piece of furniture.
