A very slick vintage Italian solid wood coffee table designed by Tobia and Afra Scarpa for Cassina in 1960s.
Table top is a double-sided, could be easily removed from the base that is made of solid light blond wood and is sturdy. Perfect in front of a couch or as a low centre table.
This wooden side table displays a beautiful grain, showing a variety of shades and movement in the wood.
Cassina is one of the most renowned Italian furnishing companies, founded in Meda in 1927 by the Cassina brothers. Among the collaborations, the company includes the most famous names of the Italian landscape: Afra and Tobia Scarpa, Ettore Sottsass, Philippe Starck and Piero Lissoni.
The table has the original label (unreadable), very good vintage condition: some small and superficial scratch on the legs, top in excellent vintage condition
This table can be easily dismantled and reassembled for safer packing and shipping.
