I proudly offer on sale a magnificent pair of French late 18th/early 19th Century solid mahogany armchairs with a beautiful curvy shape in George Jacob style. These very finely carved seats date back to Restauration or Directoire Period, are typically inlaid with a slightly arched back over graceful scrolled armrests with carved leaves decoration. The bowed seat and its apron are raised by carved Console legs in front and saber legs in back.
Newly upholster with a 100% pure silk Italian green fabric with empire laurel crown patterns.
A sofa en suite is available now upholstered with red velvet.
