A fantastic sideboard designed by William Watting and manufactured by Fristho in the Netherlands around 1960.
This beautiful piece is made of high quality tropical hardwood in a nice warm brown colour. The natural nerve of the wood remains visible and adds really nicely to the elegant appeal of the piece. The doors have round door handles that are expertly finished with a great eye for detail! The several doors and drawers provide lots of storage capacity, as shown in photos. All together this piece would be a most valuable addition to any interior, adding a sense of luxury to the decor!
It has the manufacturer’s tag inside one of the doors, as shown in photos.
It remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
