An very nice pair of dining chairs designed by Rainer Daumiller, manufactured by Hirtshals Sawmill in Denmark, circa 1970.
These eye-catching dining chairs are made of the highest quality solid pinewood in the natural rich brown / blonde color. The set is very well crafted and has the unique feature of of a very movable backrest, providing exceptional comfort in any seating position. Daumiller’s style resembles the work of Charlotte Perriand, while also having it’s own unique appearance. It would make an outstanding addition to any interior.
Sold as a pair, the price is for both chairs together.
The pair remains in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
