1950s Pair of H269 easy chairs in light wood with original green upholstery / Jindrich Halabala / Up Zadovy, Czech An iconic pair of lounge chairs in eye-catching Czech design by Jindrich Halabala, manufactured by Up Zavody in the Czech Republic around 1930. These chairs have a beautiful art deco style. The light wooden curved armrests transition smoothly into the legs with a nice wavy shape. They have their original green fabric upholstery with a lovely subtle flower pattern to the fabric. From every angle these highly recognizable chairs will draw the attention. Their style is also very inviting, as they are indeed as comfortable as they appear. These chairs are among the most iconic peices from the Czech Republic and will be a fantastic addition to the interior! They remain in good, vintage condition with only minor wear to the frame consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. The fabric has sunlight fadings but remains in tact, as represented by the photos.
