A beautiful pair of lounge chairs manufactured by GAR in France around 1950. They have thin black lacquered metal bases with a beautiful, deep purple fabric upholstery. The fabric is thick and very soft and of impressive quality! A beautiful combination of materials and colours that gives the set a wonderful luxurious style! They have a comfortable ergonomic seat. The visible, elegant structure compliments the pieces perfectly. They will be a valuable addition to the decor! Sold as a set – the price is for both chairs together. The set remains in very good vintage condition with new upholstery and only some wear to the base, preserving a beautiful patina.
