A fantastic pair of dining / side chairs, model PK9, designed by Poul Kjaerholm, manufactured by Kold Christensen in Denmark around 1970.
A beautiful design with curved, chrome plated metal three-legged base. The seat and back are molded from the same piece and upholstered in beautiful natural leather with a cognac colour. This contrasts nicely to the bright base and adds a sense of modern luxury to these eye-catching pieces!
The chairs have originally been purchased in 1970 from design store Hartman in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We purchased them from the same owner that bought them at the time.
They remain in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
