A beautiful set of one big “Oyster” lounge chair and matching foot stool, designed by Pierre Paulin and manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1950.
This elegant chair has a narrow metal base and a nicely curved seat, newly upholstered in high quality beige fabric. The bent seat allows a maximum seating comfort and gives it a very luxurious appeal at the same time. The matching “Oyster” stool is made the same way and also newly upholstered in the exact same fabric. A great opportunity to get a fantastic matching set of this iconic design!

The stool is labeled underneath the top, as shown in photos.
The set remains in very good, vintage condition with new upholstery, preserving a wonderful patina.
