Beautiful oak daybed in the style of Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouve and Pierre Jeanneret for Chandigarh, India. The piece has a solid wood frame with beautiful joints all around, no screws are used at all. The seat and sides are beautifully laced with rope; the knots you see are no repairs, it is done to attach the excess of the threads - instead of cutting the rope that was too long away, they are knotted in place. The piece is newly stuffed and upholstered with the finest quality fabric -you can choose to leave the arm cushions either on, or off to be able to see the beautifully shaped sides with the rope structure.
