A brass and cut-glass wall light by Arredoluce, Italy. New wire. Dimensions: Depth 4.5 in. (11.5 cm), width 10.4 in. (26,5 cm), height 5.5 inches (14 cm). Alongside with companies like Arteluce and Stilnovo, Arredoluce was one of the manufacturers which changed the face of Italian lighting design in the 1950s. Arredoluce employed several famous designers like Gio Ponti, Ettore Sottsass and Angelo Lelli. This elegant wall light in sapphire green glass was most likely designed by Lelli, the counterpart of Gino Sarfatti at Arredoluce.
