A fantastic pair of so called “Egg Chairs”, designed by Fritz Neth and manufactured by Correcta in Germany around 1950. This inviting chairs have a very nice appeal, their rounded shapes and soft bouclé upholstery make them a beautiful and comfortable addition to the interior. They owe their impressive seating comfort to the carefully thought out ergonomic design. They stand on chrome plated metal legs, a clean material that creates a nice contrast to the soft style of the seats and give the chairs a lovely modern finish. A fantastic find of mid-century German design that will definitely draw the attention of any design enthusiast! Sold as a set – the price is for both chairs together. The pairremains in very good, vintage condition with new upholstery and only minor wear to the base consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
