Jacob & Josef Kohn Vienna most elegant (piano) bentwood stool: Designed before 1904 by Jacob & Josef Kohn Manufactory (= original firm label of distributor existing !). Vienna, made circa 1905. The (piano) stool we're presenting here is based on four feet - these ones slightly swung forwards and connected to each other by convexed wooden cross beams at area below. Further, there are struttings - attached to top area - existing, made of vertical as well as of horizontal struts. PLEASE NOTE: The surface of seat is manufactured in very special manner so that it has appearance of a snake's skin.
