“Schraag” Table by Maarten van Severen for Bulo, Belgium 2000
€2.500,00
A beautiful “Schraag” (Dutch for “Trestle”) table designed by Maarten van Severen and manufactured by Bulo in Belgium around 2000.
This modern table is an unique and elegant piece of Belgian design. The trestles can be folded for easy transportation and allow a very versatile use for this table! This folding mechanism has been the key to this design that combines elegance, modernism and practicality. Made of matted aluminium with black coated metal supports and brown leather straps. For this individual piece, a glass top was chosen which allows the iconic structure to remain visible from every angle.
Signed underneath the supports, as shown in photos.
The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
