If you believe you received an incorrect, misrepresented, or defective item we will do our best to process your refund swiftly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible product within 3 days of delivery except custom and made-to-order items. Send us an email at mail@cadart.at that informs us of your wish to return your purchase. For speediest processing, please include your name, telephone number, order number, and, where applicable, photographs documenting the damage or error. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been returned to Vienna. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we verify that the itme arrived damaged or that the item inaccurate, safely packing, handling taxes, duties and insurance for the item you send back. Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after an item was delivered to Vienna. Please email us within 2 days of receiving your item to let me know there is a problem, and we will work with you to reach the best possible resolution, for a return, a full refund, or a repair with a local restorer.
