Singing The Blues: Current color trends indicate that pastel, sapphire, light, bright and signal blue are among the most popular choices for interior design and fashion. Blue as a pigment is believed to have originated from the fascination of the Egyptians with the Lapis stone. Blue also has a connection to the sky and the ocean, signaling a positive perception in our minds leading to calm emotions and feelings of relaxation.

I love the Gothic Revival more and more! This model still displaying most of its original paint, an authentic, highly decorative piece of sculpture art. Richly hand carved and painted, present splendidly, with nicely aged original patina over the whole. Full of charming antique character, warm and historical depth. How would you use this decorative architectural element?

I love screens, they remind me of romantic atmospheres with certain moods from the past. Plus, they are a multipurpose object d'art: if you don't want to use it as a room divider you can always unfold the screen completely and hang it, to decorate your wall with a huge fine artwork: WOW effect in both cases! This one is French, in the syle of '700, a fantastic seascape tempera painted on four canvases with a seascape view .
